Staff party at Hairdreams

Work hard, play hard! On Friday, September 15th we threw our annual company party. In addition to a festive atmosphere, the party also marked the handover of the role of “International Sales Director.” In this article, we’ll give you a glimpse of the unforgettable night.

The perfect ingredients for a successful party

Under the shining sun, with cold drinks and the smell of barbecue filling the air, Hairdreams employees gathered on the benches of the courtyard at our headquarters.

As we enjoyed their first drinks, Mr. Ott, the founder of Hairdreams, took the microphone and greeted all guests with words of appreciation.

Employees with years of service were celebrated

We then took the opportunity to honour our long-serving employees, who received loud cheers from their colleagues. Three employees celebrated a decade of service, another trio commemorated 15 years, two reached an impressive 20-year milestone, and three more proudly celebrated 25 years with the company. One employee even received recognition for 30 years of service! We are so proud to have such a dedicated and motivated team as part of the Hairdreams family.

An emotional moment

After the awards were finished, the party could continue. Ingrid Batruel, who has been with Hairdreams for 26 years, is stepping down as International Sales Director to focus on business expansion. She passed on her position to Sandra Schmidbauer, who has also been with the company for nearly 30 years. Mrs Batruel gave a heartfelt speech about her love for Hairdreams and her time with the company. She shared some of her favourite memories and wished Schmidbauer all the best in her new role.

Mrs Schmidbauer gave a motivating speech of her own, sharing her vision for Hairdreams’ future. She expressed her gratitude to the company and its employees, and she said she was excited to take on the new challenge.

A roaring party

With the formal part of the party over, the buffet was opened, and the fun began. Colleagues engaged in lively conversations while enjoying delicious food, tasty drinks, and upbeat music. A highlight of the evening was the photo booth.
Everyone let their hair down and had a blast posing together with silly disguises. It was a fun night and a great opportunity to celebrate together.
